Gearing Up: Registration
To register for Gearing Up, you need to contact the OSC
rider training
office. You will also need to fill out registration and waiver forms. To save
time, you can download those forms here and fax, mail, or bring them to our
office.
Please pay careful attention to the signature requirements on these forms.
Riders under 18 years of age must also have a parent or guardian sign a permission
form, which is included in this package.

If you call us, we'll mail or fax you the necessary forms. Or, to save time, you
can download them in Adobe Acrobat form. You need the (free) Acrobat Reader program
from Adobe to be able to read this file.
